How to delete my account?

To withdraw from Polaris Office (delete account), the mobile app is only available for iOS, and you can delete Windows, Mac, and Android from the Polaris Office homepage.

* All documents will be deleted after delete your account, and you can't recover them.

* You need to cancel your subscription at Google Play Store, App Store(Apple), if you have subscribed paid plan. Your subscription will not be canceled automatically when you delete your account from Polaris Office.

You can cancel membership by clicking the link below > 'Withdrawal of membership' located in the lower right corner.

[How to go directly to another route]

1. Go ahead to www.polarisoffice.com

2. Click 'Sign in' at top right corner > sign in

3. Click account icon on top right corner (or top left corner) > click 'Account settings'

4. Click 'Delete My Account' on bottom left corner

2. Select the 3 dots in the upper right corner > Select Settings

3. Select your name/email at the top

4. Select delete account at the bottom
